Zum Service:When I phoned to ask about the despatch date the person I spoke to clearly got things moving because the picture was despatched the following day even though he said it would be another week.
Zur Lieferung:The picture was a present and therefore needed by a certain date. The suggested despatch date when I made the order would have enabled the picture to arrive on time. I was therefore disappointed that that date wasn't met and the picture arrived too late for the event.
